Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and ownership of assigned technical Programs, Systems, Components, and Design.
  • •Ensure compliance with NRC regulations, industry codes/standards, and plant procedures.
  • •Perform evaluation and causal analysis of equipment and system conditions, deficiencies and failures and determine corrective actions for resolution.
  • •Trend and monitor system and equipment health and performance, through operational data, visual inspections, and physical plant walkdowns.
  • •Interface with Operations, Maintenance, Work Management, and regulatory agencies as needed for planning and execution of cost-effective maintenance of assigned Systems or Programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution is required. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Registration preferred. Previous Nuclear Utility experience preferred.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with NRC regulations, industry codes/standards, and plant procedures.
  • •Experience performing evaluation and causal analysis of equipment and system conditions, deficiencies and failures and determining corrective actions for resolution.
  • •Ability to trend and monitor system and equipment health and performance through data, visual inspections, and walkdowns.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with Operations, Maintenance, Work Management, and regulatory agencies for planning and execution.
