Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with accounts payable activities, including accounts payable accruals and month-end reconciliation to ensure timely invoice payments.
  • •Process payments and control expenses, including payment vouchers, petty cash, and related liabilities.
  • •Verify expense reports and prepare paychecks for management approval.
  • •Track suppliers' accounts, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring authorized approvals are reflected for accurate payment generation.
  • •Prepare monthly payroll reports and perform reconciliations for Accounts at GL level, employee advances, and loan accounts, including UAE national pension contributions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, and International Accounting Standards (IAS) for documenting expenditures.
  • •Ability to verify expense reports and support invoice and supplier payment processing with accurate tracking.
  • •Track and reconcile accounts at the GL level and support reconciliations for employee advances and loan accounts.
  • •CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an added advantage; UAE Nationals eligibility is required.
