Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape security tooling and AppSec practices, and lead secure design across major engineering projects from threat modeling through architecture.
  • •Design and evolve DevSecOps architecture, determining how security is embedded across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Build and extend in-house security tooling to identify and remediate issues, including vulnerability management and offensive security work.
  • •Use AI to automate and scale security work and enable developers to write more secure code and ship faster via AI-powered tooling.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers on the team, raising the bar for security practices across engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working in security (AppSec, DevSecOps, offensive security, or similar).
  • •Professional offensive security experience, including the ability to find, chain, and exploit complex application and infrastructure vulnerabilities.
  • •Track record leading security initiatives and mentoring or developing other engineers.
  • •Experience leading threat modeling and secure design across engineering projects.
  • •Experience embedding security across CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC, including cloud security experience (AWS, Kubernetes).
