Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the FF&E and OS&E standards manual, including specifications and a vendor list, using durability and cleanability criteria.
  • •Lead review and validation of hospitality architecture, specifications, and layouts with hospitality teams to meet brand and guest-experience standards.
  • •Define technical and experiential content of RFPs through quality benchmarks and evaluation rubrics to support defensible procurement.
  • •Assess substitutions, approved-equals, and value-engineering proposals against documented standards to protect guest-facing quality.
  • •Inspect delivered and installed assets using acceptance protocols and audit in-life asset condition and service disruptions to drive corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in FF&E and OS&E standards, technical services, or hospitality quality assurance.
  • •Proven experience developing and applying brand, design, or technical standards across multiple sites.
  • •Strong command of FF&E and OS&E specification, submittal review, and acceptance processes.
  • •Experience in luxury hospitality, premium lounges, aviation, or five-star environments, including new openings or pre-opening programs.
