Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, test, and onboard new tokens and blockchain assets, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee setup, and infrastructure validation.
  • •Manage post-listing asset operations such as contract upgrades, token renaming, asset repricing, and announcement coordination.
  • •Monitor asset-related risk events (chain abnormalities, price anomalies, contract issues, position shortfalls) and coordinate loss-mitigation and risk isolation.
  • •Prepare asset/project evaluation documents and analyze AUM, trading volume, and revenue contribution to propose optimization strategies.
  • •Design and refine SOPs for asset onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and risk handling; report key metrics and project progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or a related field.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management, with knowledge of major public blockchains, stablecoins, and RWA.
  • •Strong understanding of user behavior, marketing mechanisms, and asset value logic in crypto.
  • •Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), with strong cross-functional communication and execution skills.
