Job Summary

Own the full lifecycle operation of digital assets on the platform, from token onboarding and post-listing maintenance to liquidity, risk monitoring, yield optimization, and long-term value management. Collaborate closely with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing to keep assets secure, drive stable returns, and maintain market visibility. Lead risk event response and incident post-mortems, while evaluating assets/projects and optimizing SOPs and operating processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate, test, and onboard new tokens and blockchain assets, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee setup, and infrastructure validation.
•Manage post-listing asset operations such as contract upgrades, token renaming, asset repricing, and announcement coordination.
•Monitor asset-related risk events (chain abnormalities, price anomalies, contract issues, position shortfalls) and coordinate loss-mitigation and risk isolation.
•Prepare asset/project evaluation documents and analyze AUM, trading volume, and revenue contribution to propose optimization strategies.
•Design and refine SOPs for asset onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and risk handling; report key metrics and project progress.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management, with knowledge of major public blockchains, stablecoins, and RWA.
•Strong understanding of user behavior, marketing mechanisms, and asset value logic in crypto.
•Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
•Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), with strong cross-functional communication and execution skills.
