Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and execution of the CMMC readiness roadmap and implementation strategy.
  • •Coordinate readiness work across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, Physical Security, and Compliance teams.
  • •Establish governance, executive reporting processes, program scorecards, and readiness review cadences.
  • •Drive implementation and adoption of business processes supporting CUI handling and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead organizational change management (communications, training, awareness, onboarding, stakeholder engagement) and coordinate EFE/ESCUIP process adoption.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, government contracts, operations, compliance, cybersecurity programs, engineering operations, government business, or business transformation.
  • •Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Charlotte NC, Hanover MD, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
  • •U.S. person eligibility as defined for export-controlled information access.
