Production Planner

Establish and maintain the production schedule for a selected set of products, acting as the plant’s single point of contact for customer accounts. Manage the full order life cycle to ensure on-time processing, reconcile order changes, and coordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations. Track performance metrics such as on-time shipment and backlog, host production standups/coordination meetings, and support process improvements and customer-related projects.
