•Build and refine metrics collection and monitoring to detect performance issues early, and resolve complex production problems.
•Create technical specifications for upcoming features, collaborate on technical roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 8 years of progressively responsible experience.
•Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems using Java and Scala for high-throughput, low-latency transaction processing.
•Experience developing scalable data processing pipelines using Apache Spark, Hadoop MapReduce, HBase, and Kafka.
•Experience working with graph databases for graph-based analytics and relationship processing systems.
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and DataProc for distributed data processing and orchestration.
