Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to achieve store KPIs and sales targets.
•Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging with fans and building brand loyalty on the sales floor.
•Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing team.
•Ensure visual merchandising, operational processes, and brand standards are executed timely and accurately.
•Provide real-time feedback and guidance to drive performance and foster accountability for store results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•You can demonstrate you’re a results-orientated leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coach and guide the team and engage with customers.
•Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, with succession planning and internal mobility experience.
•Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
•Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
