Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building AI-native products and AI-native UX, including scaling access across UI, APIs, CLIs, and MCPs.
  • •Experience managing engineers directly, ideally in a client-facing or solutions-engineering capacity.
  • •Ability to translate complex human workflows into adaptable technical systems and scale across multiple interaction surfaces.
  • •Fluency in modern product/engineering practices such as Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, JTBD, vertical slicing, and test-learn-iterate.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and data-informed decision-making paired with clear communication and a can-do attitude.
