Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UK & Ireland retail strategy and execution across key channels, retailers, and franchise opportunities.
  • •Develop and drive EMEA retail strategy to identify regional priorities, growth opportunities, and whitespace.
  • •Identify UK & Ireland retail growth opportunities using market intelligence, consumer insights, and commercial data.
  • •Build and manage strategic retailer and licensee partnerships, including joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with a focus on Hardlines.
  • •Maximise major franchise and seasonal retail moments, track performance (e.g., sell-through and partner data), and establish EMEA Hardlines best practices scalable across markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in retail, consumer products, licensing, or entertainment with deep Hardlines expertise (ideally toys).
  • •Deep understanding of the UK & Ireland retail landscape and broader knowledge of EMEA channels, markets, and retail dynamics.
  • •Proven experience developing and executing retail strategies that deliver measurable commercial growth.
  • •Strong commercial judgement to identify opportunities, prioritise investment, and make clear decisions.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills to use retail performance and consumer insights and influence cross-functional and external partners.
