Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule non-urgent preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
  • •Prioritize work requests and ensure they are integrated into the planning process.
  • •Coordinate availability of resources, spare parts, equipment, and labor needed for interventions.
  • •Define work scope, estimate intervention times, and prepare execution plans.
  • •Track the work-order portfolio, contribute to weekly maintenance schedules, and develop standardized intervention plans based on continuous improvement and KPI analysis while ensuring QSHE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher technical education in maintenance, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • •Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical plans and industrial drawings.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Experience with a GMAO and ERP software (MaintainX or SAP is a real advantage).
