Plant Operations Manager

Lead safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day operations of the power generating fleet and generation plants. Manage a team of plant operations staff, ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and keep plant procedures and working practices current. Oversee training effectiveness, emergency planning and response procedures, and promote safety leadership. Own operational problem resolution, coordinate with plant management to balance costs and output, and manage budgets and resourcing in partnership with HR.
