Senior Customer Program Manager - OEMs

Drive planning and execution of technical and operational programs for major enterprise customers, cloud service providers, Tier-1 partners, and OEMs. Own program schedules, deliverables, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, quality, logistics, sales, and product teams. Serve as the primary customer interface through kick-offs, design reviews, validation, production deployment, and post-deployment sustaining support, including factory yield and blocker monitoring.
