Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the annual planning process, including budget development, headcount planning, target setting, and consolidation for the Customer Success organization.
  • •Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including updates to headcount, operating expenses, and investment priorities.
  • •Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. budget/forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • •Build and maintain financial models for resource planning, expense management, and scenario analysis.
  • •Partner with leaders to provide financial mentorship on spending decisions, hiring plans, and strategic investments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of related experience with a BS degree OR 3+ years with an MBA.
  • •Proven record in data analysis, planning, and financial modeling for general, cost, or business unit expertise with business partnership experience.
  • •Advanced analytical ability to develop sophisticated financials linking business plans to profitability.
  • •High proficiency in Excel.
