Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform and Kubernetes for standard connectors and custom builds.
  • •Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting; lead incident response, run post-mortems, and drive continuous reliability improvements.
  • •Embed security across Build infrastructure in partnership with the Security team, meeting compliance requirements across 100+ jurisdictions.
  • •Continuously optimize system performance, resource utilization, and cloud costs to improve reliability and unit economics.
  • •Eliminate manual operational toil by building automation tools and ensure platform reliability and developer experience for APIs, MCP, and CLI.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated senior-level experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or SysOps, standing up and operating production systems at scale.
  • •Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production and solid AWS fundamentals across compute, networking, storage, and managed services.
  • •Proficiency with Terraform (or similar) to define infrastructure with code rather than manual console actions.
  • •Real experience setting up and operating CI/CD and deployment automation using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar, including rollback and safety mechanisms.
  • •Strong bash scripting and comfort debugging system-level issues, reading logs, and understanding Linux kernel basics.
