•Exercise technical judgment during live testing, assessing operational risk and determining when to escalate or run additional validation.
•Develop and implement testing processes, protocols, and checklists; analyze logs, document findings, track issues through resolution, and generate reports with recommendations.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
•Experience using tools such as Linux, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins (or similar) to investigate issues, analyze system behavior, and track work through resolution.
