Production Assistant Manager

Provide shift-based leadership and production management to ensure world-class manufacturing standards are followed and production KPIs improve. Directly supervise employees to maximize site capacity and effective use of labor, tools, and equipment. Drive operations improvement across safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services; maintain quality control and lead process improvements. Partner with core factory functions and planning to resolve issues and deliver business targets through audits, 5S discipline, and continuous improvement projects.
