Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end financial controlling activities including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
•Drive and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process with business owners; coordinate data gathering and ensure accuracy of processes.
•Prepare management and group reports; create financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
•Perform financial analysis and monitor budget compliance; provide strategic recommendations based on insights and analysis.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements, drive automation, and implement tools to analyze financial data and provide real-time insights for decision-making.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, preferably in a multinational environment
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
•Fluent English written and spoken
•Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
•Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
