Job Summary

Join Arista’s Cloud Services team as a mid-senior Network Advanced Services Engineer focused on post-sales design, deployment, and automation for large-scale Data Center, Campus, and WAN networks in the Pacific Northwest. Lead complex migrations, develop Python/Ansible automation, and act as the customer advocate with TAC and product teams, with occasional travel and a remote-friendly, regional work setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, deployment, and operationalization of Arista solutions in large-scale Data Center, Campus, and WAN environments for Pacific Northwest customers.
•Translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient network architectures and review designs with customers.
•Develop and implement network automation workflows to streamline configurations and operations using Python/Ansible.
•Act as a technical advocate, interfacing with Arista TAC and internal teams for bug scrubs, code recommendations, and feature requests.
•Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, becoming a trusted technical advisor.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 113,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
•Network industry certification (e.g., CCNP; Enterprise/SP, JNCIP, ACE-3/4/5) highly preferred.
•5-7+ years in network engineering, consulting, or professional services focusing on large-scale enterprise/data center/service provider environments.
•Post-sales oriented experience (e.g., Network Consulting Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Advanced Services Engineer) preferred.
•Experience with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, L2 switching (VXLAN/EVPN); knowledge in DC architecture, campus networking/NAC 802.1X, enterprise Wi‑Fi, or network security.
•Hands-on network automation/scripting (Python, Ansible) highly desired; multi-vendor migrations desirable.
