Job Summary

Manage and support middleware and web server technologies, ensuring reliable 24x7 operations. Install, configure, deploy, and patch platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, and IIS. Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and administer middleware servers and web servers.
•Deploy applications and perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
•Monitor server health, performance, and availability for production environments.
•Manage SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
•Troubleshoot incidents with RCA and provide L2/L3 support, including API management, message queues, and middleware integrations; automate using Shell, Python, and Ansible.

Key Requirements

•Experienced in managing and supporting middleware technologies such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS.
•Proficiency with installation, configuration, application deployments, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
•Hands-on experience managing SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
•Strong troubleshooting skills, including incident handling and root cause analysis (RCA) with L2/L3 support experience.
•Ability to automate tasks using Shell scripting, Python, and Ansible, and work with ServiceNow, Jira, and GitLab for incident/change management.
