Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control MEP aspects across all project phases to deliver project outcomes aligned with quality, cost, compliance, safety, and schedule requirements.
  • •Lead project planning and execution, including coordination from design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, to handover.
  • •Develop and manage the master programme, aligning delivery timelines and project milestones, and plan statutory inspections and approvals.
  • •Monitor on-site progress, quality, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems through regular updates and collaboration with site teams/contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to perform work in English and Japanese (English/Japanese bilingual proficiency is preferred).
  • •Experience coordinating MEP activities through project phases, including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
