Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously inspect product to ensure quality standards and remove unsanitary or broken baskets.
  • •Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area in accordance with GMPs and GHPs, including cleaning equipment and removing trash.
  • •Review shift handoff information (e.g., safety/food safety/mechanical issues) with previous and oncoming shifts.
  • •Cross train and assist key positions (e.g., Utilities, Operators, Baggers) when possible.
  • •Perform area-specific production tasks such as monitoring conveyors/slicers, packing and labeling, and sorting/processing items as assigned.
