Support production operations on the 2nd shift through rotating basic tasks across assigned work areas. Inspect product quality, maintain a safe, clean workspace, follow GMP/GHP and food safety practices, and communicate shift handoff issues. Assist specialized roles when possible, pack and label finished goods, and perform area-specific duties such as monitoring conveyors, moulder/packaging steps, and processing tasks. Equipment includes conveyors, pallet jacks, and utility knives.

Key Responsibilities

•Continuously inspect product to ensure quality standards and remove unsanitary or broken baskets.
•Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area in accordance with GMPs and GHPs, including cleaning equipment and removing trash.
•Review shift handoff information (e.g., safety/food safety/mechanical issues) with previous and oncoming shifts.
•Cross train and assist key positions (e.g., Utilities, Operators, Baggers) when possible.
•Perform area-specific production tasks such as monitoring conveyors/slicers, packing and labeling, and sorting/processing items as assigned.
