Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and assess proposed changes to operational processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, technical team, engineering, and HSE/PSM to gather information for change evaluations
  • •Document and track changes, ensuring all MOC records are accurate and complete for audit and compliance purposes
  • •Participate in risk assessments and hazard reviews, ensuring all potential risks related to changes are identified and mitigated
  • •Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that changes are understood and any impacts on operations are minimized
  • •Ensure all changes comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity
  • •Provide feedback on the MOC process to drive improvements and contribute to a safer, more efficient work environment

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical preferred) or a related technical field
  • •5+ years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on process safety, risk assessment, or project engineering
  • •Hands-on experience with MOC systems and regulatory compliance is essential
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage technical reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • •Good capability in English
