Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for API Gateway, MFT, and agentic AI capabilities, anticipating customer needs and technology shifts.
  • •Guide secure integration across APIs, events, files, services, partners, and AI agents using cloud-native, event-driven, and zero-trust approaches.
  • •Define product needs for agentic workflows, including agent-to-agent/agent-to-system communication, orchestration, state management, observability, guardrails, and governance.
  • •Apply AI and intelligent automation to improve onboarding, self-service, operations, insights, workflows, and product decision-making.
  • •Partner across Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to strengthen identity, data protection, access, reliability, and regulatory compliance; communicate risks and outcomes to senior leaders and coach product professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience (advanced degree preferred).
  • •8+ years of product management or technology product leadership, including ownership of complex products/platforms.
  • •Ability to define and deliver multi-year product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience managing technology products serving developers, applications, and business teams/partners at scale.
