Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide finance support for Jabil Penang, Foxconn Vietnam, and Sanmina India.
  • •Own SOX controls for inventory locations and ensure compliance and financial governance.
  • •Prepare budgets and financial forecasts; analyze variances and support month-end/quarterly close.
  • •Prepare, reconcile, and audit cycle count reconciliations for inventory locations; publish MRB/RTV/RMA reports.
  • •Reconcile WIP exposure and support annual PI at assigned manufacturing partners, collaborating with Operations on exposures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory accounting, SOX compliance, financial controls, and audit processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; Oracle, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
