Key Responsibilities

  • •Locate and mark facilities per the Company Damage Prevention Program and One-Call procedures before and during encroachments/excavation.
  • •Perform pipeline patrols, population density surveys, leak detection surveys, and inspections according to company procedures.
  • •Coordinate local Damage Prevention activities and provide oversight/inspection for excavation near pipeline facilities.
  • •Complete documentation, as-built drawings, contractor oversight and supervision, and report progress to Operations and the Project Manager.
  • •Represent the company in contacts with landowners/tenants, public officials/emergency officials, and local meetings; train and oversee personnel as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Experience analyzing, adjusting, and making minor repairs on compressor engines, pumps, and associated equipment.
  • •Knowledge of compressor/pump station, process plant, gas treatment, storage facilities, and gathering/transmission pipeline systems operations.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs, and other diagrams.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license; may be required to obtain/maintain a commercial driver’s license.
