•Define Glovo’s local marketing strategy for Romania, adapting global playbooks to local needs and executing projects to drive growth and engagement.
•Use quantitative analysis and data mining to understand user interactions, identify growth opportunities, and present insights to stakeholders.
•Own the local media investment mix (digital/non-digital) to maximize user base growth within agreed CAC targets; track market dynamics and competitor activity.
•Lead integrated local marketing activations (offline and online) in coordination with Commercial and other involved teams; manage marketing budget tracking and expenditure.
•Track and monitor key growth metrics and lead ideation/execution of product changes that drive growth while partnering with Partner Operations, Operations, Finance, Content, and Sales.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong stakeholder management with end-to-end project execution mindset.
