Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor production line performance and adjust line balance.
  • •Analyze KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and utilization; propose improvement actions.
  • •Manage lot flow and set priorities based on production plans (Lot Priority).
  • •Respond quickly to abnormalities with troubleshooting and recovery.
  • •Collaborate with DX and OMT teams to implement automation and efficiency initiatives; share shift information and prepare operational reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with KPI analysis using Excel and SQL, plus troubleshooting and rapid root-cause analysis for abnormal events.
  • •Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent).
  • •Ability to work on a 4-on/4-off shift schedule.
  • •Basic IT skills including MES operation and report preparation using standard tools.
  • •English communication for emails and simple reporting; English report writing is required (translation tools may be used).
