Key Responsibilities

  • •Process semi-monthly multi-state U.S. payroll, including medical benefits, FSA, ESPP, 401(k) contributions, and loans.
  • •Oversee and process international payroll by coordinating with local vendors or PEOs as needed.
  • •Manage daily stock and equity activities, including exercise and vesting.
  • •Work with HR on employee matters (new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, and other changes affecting payroll) and serve as the payroll point of contact.
  • •Maintain payroll operations in compliance with company procedures and federal/state/local regulations, including payroll journal entries, GL reconciliations, flux analyses, audits, and SOX requests; act as a payroll processing backup.

Key Requirements
