•Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio by executing targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails then onboarding them effectively, and supporting their long-term success.
•Own the day-to-day management of your broker accounts, ensuring all tasks required to support, price, and close new business are completed accurately and on time.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support, guidance, and expertise to help them win and retain customers.
•Support the pricing and contracting process, helping brokers structure competitive deals, gather customer information, and navigate supplier requirements.
•Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a similar office-based role.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong administrative and follow-through skills.
•Positive, professional, and supportive attitude, with the ability to create an encouraging environment for partners and peers.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams.
