ESD & CAD Design Manager

Oversee ESD design methodology and CAD flow development to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant electronic design processes. Lead and manage CAD project teams, including supervising staff, training, and delivering quality-controlled CAD outputs. Own CAD flow development and integrations (automation, modeling, characterization, IP releases), provide ESD compliance reviews, and conduct design-level ESD analysis and simulations while staying current with standards and tools.
