Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee CAD flow development and the ESD design methodology to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant design processes.
  • •Manage and support PERC and PathFinder flows, and oversee the entire CAD flow development.
  • •Lead, guide, and direct CAD project teams, ensuring operational and technical excellence.
  • •Supervise, train, and mentor CAD team members; conduct performance reviews and delegate work assignments.
  • •Establish ESD design guidelines, review electronic designs for ESD compliance, and perform design-level ESD analysis and simulations to prevent ESD failures.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in Engineering or similar with at least 12+ years of overall ESD & CAD experience, and at least 3+ years of management experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency with CAD tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Primetime, Ansys Seascape/Redhawk/Totem PathFinder, Verilog, and Calibre.
  • •Strong understanding of CAD software capabilities, design principles, engineering processes, and industry standards.
  • •Proficiency in scripting (Perl, Python); EDA languages such as Skill and TCL are a plus.
  • •Deep understanding of ESD fundamentals, physics, electronics design, safety procedures, and ESD analysis/simulation tools and standards.
