Job Summary

Drive commercial and performance insight within the Commercial & Performance team by leading a group of Business and Compliance Analysts. Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting with commentary against forecasts and targets, and analyze costs, income, and operational performance using SAP. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, executive Director/CEO presentation packs, and regulatory submissions, while improving reporting processes, controls, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business and Compliance Analysts, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
•Deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, including commentary on performance vs forecasts and targets.
•Analyze costs, income, and operational performance data within SAP to support decision-making and commercial performance.
•Apply financial and accounting principles to ensure reporting integrity, consistency, and compliance, including budgeting and variance analysis.
•Support regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., submissions to OFGEM) and produce executive reporting packs for senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience producing executive-level reports and presentations.
•Experience supporting regulatory reporting and compliance requirements; SAP experience would be desirable.
