Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day execution of RD&A projects and ensure appropriate resource allocation to support growth in line with business strategies.
•Lead a team that develops new products or adjusts existing products; participate in stage gate and sales meetings to understand markets, products and customers.
•Accountable for managing the opportunity pipeline and tracking key project deliverables within the team.
•Develop, implement, adapt and validate new technologies and innovations from local, regional or global teams relevant to the business.
•Develop the RD&A team, ensuring development plans exist for each member and that internal products and Building Blocks are utilized in development.

Key Requirements

•BSc in Food Science or Equivalent as minimum. Master or PhD Degrees preferred
•8 - 10+ Years Experience (min of 5 within Food and Beverage)
•Extensive experience in food product development, especially in Refreshing, Alcoholic and Functional Beverages
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
