Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and approve Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCPs) in line with DMT regulations and the Abu Dhabi WZTM Manual.
  • •Plan and design safe work zones, including lane closures, detours, pedestrian routes, and live-traffic staging with minimal disruption.
  • •Conduct site inspections to verify TTCP implementation (signage, barriers, delineators, lighting) and enforce corrective actions for non-compliance.
  • •Identify and mitigate traffic-related risks through hazard assessments and safety audits, and lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and CAPAs.
  • •Liaise with Abu Dhabi authorities (DMT, police, and others) for approvals, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver training/toolbox talks while maintaining traffic safety reporting and redline/as-built TTCP documentation.
