  • •Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG products and Boomi integration for timekeeping, absence management, advanced scheduling, and forecasting.
  • •Use AI to enhance WFM processes and improve user experience, conducting analysis of business requirements and technical environments to shape application design.
  • •Serve as technical subject matter expert for UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, architecting integration flows across ProWFM and enterprise systems.
  • •Design scalable and secure Boomi integration solutions to ensure minimal latency and maximum data accuracy.
  • •Develop technical documentation and build capabilities for data pipelines and agentic processes while ensuring compliance with security and data governance policies across markets; lead other team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years of experience with 3+ years implementing UKG (formerly Kronos) ProWFM solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • •Expertise designing and deploying cloud-based applications, with preference for GCP; knowledge of using AI for workflow enhancement.
  • •Technical knowledge with programming languages such as Java and Python, including API management and event-based systems.
  • •Experience with integration patterns and web services (REST APIs) using asynchronous/synchronous communication methods and Boomi AtomSphere (custom connectors, APIs, process flows).
