Lead end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM) solutions using UKG ProWFM and related products, architecting integrations across HRIS, payroll, time tracking, ERP, and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG products (ProWFM, SWP, Datahub) for timekeeping, absence management, scheduling, and forecasting.
•Architect and govern integration flows between ProWFM and enterprise systems (HRIS, payroll, time tracking, ERP, reporting) using Boomi integration.
•Use AI to enhance WFM processes and build capabilities for data pipelines and agentic processes.
•Serve as technical subject matter expert for UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; guide other team members.
•Ensure scalable, secure integration solutions and compliance with security and data governance policies; develop technical documentation and support Agile delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years with UKG (formerly Kronos) ProWFM implementations.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
•Expertise designing and deploying cloud-based applications (preference for GCP) and using AI to enhance workflows.
•Experience with ProWFM/WFM integrations and API management, including REST APIs and event-driven/data streaming approaches.
•Hands-on DevOps and testing experience (CI/CD, Jenkins/GitHub, GitHub Actions, test-driven development) plus familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker and databases.
