Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to ensure operational security services.
  • •Identify problems/errors prior to or as they occur, and recognize common incidents and avoidance opportunities.
  • •Investigate first-line incidents, identify root causes, and ensure efficient and comprehensive resolutions.
  • •Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when required.
  • •Schedule maintenance windows for patching/configuration changes and follow handover procedures to maintain service continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT/Computing or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
  • •Entry-level experience troubleshooting and providing security/network/data center/system/storage monitoring support within a medium to large ICT organization.
  • •Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and supported products within the technical domain (Security/Network/Data Centre/Telephony).
  • •Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •CCNA or relevant level 1 network security certification is good to have.
