Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge and demonstrating product expertise.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to offer relevant advice that brings clients back.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 16 - 18.8 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•A passion for beauty and beauty trends, with the drive to empower clients’ confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
