Human Resource Generalist III

Own day-to-day HR operations for designated U.S. regions, supporting 24/7 manufacturing by partnering with supervisors and managers. Lead HR practices and objectives covering benefits, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, training, and policy implementation while ensuring employment law compliance. Serve as a resource for employees and managers, coach leaders on HR issues, maintain accurate HR records, and coordinate recruiting processes in partnership with the recruiting team and requisitioning managers.
