Key Responsibilities

  • •Guarantee Cloud delivery and operations performance, including SLA/SLO achievement and run quality for the defined perimeter.
  • •Ensure CMDB completeness and automation for Cloud assets and provide inputs for customer billing while optimizing costs via FinOps.
  • •Consolidate Cloud performance reporting, define action plans to improve delivery, and lead complex transformation phases (e.g., Build to Run).
  • •Prescribe and align operational best practices across Cloud teams, including standardization/automation and AIOps implementation.
  • •Own Cloud SecOps by design: integrate security/compliance requirements and lead operational response to security incidents; manage and grow the multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Cloud expertise with architectures and services from major providers (AWS, Azure and/or GCP).
  • •Solid knowledge of SRE and DevOps concepts, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ITSM platforms.
  • •Ability to deploy AIOps use cases (predictive monitoring and auto-remediation).
  • •Expertise in Cloud SecOps and the principles of financial optimization (FinOps).
  • •Proven experience leading Cloud migration/transformation projects (e.g., Lift & Shift, Replatforming).
