Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field plus 8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience designing and architecting microgrids and knowledge of energy storage systems (BESS).
  • •Knowledge of microgrid controls and up-to-date regulatory and legislative aspects of microgrid deployment.
  • •Knowledge of renewable technologies and components of microgrids and energy storage, including single line diagrams.
  • •Experience utilizing microgrid/renewables software such as Homer PRO and Helioscope; ability to develop detailed design documents.
