Job Summary

Own LATAM marketing strategy end-to-end by localizing global brand and campaign plans for Mexico, Brazil, and West LATAM. Execute a hands-on demand generation engine covering events, partner co-marketing, social and content (LinkedIn, case studies, webinars, PR), and paid/email/ABM campaigns with attribution and pipeline reporting. Partner directly with the global Growth team and local sales teams to build brand awareness and deliver measurable pipeline impact from zero—without agencies or a built playbook.

Key Responsibilities

•Own LATAM marketing strategy end-to-end by aligning with the global Growth team, localizing messaging and campaign calendar, and feeding regional insights back.
•Run the LATAM events engine (executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, trade shows, partner events) through budget, logistics, and pipeline attribution.
•Build co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including joint events, co-branded content, and partner marketing kits.
•Own regional social and content such as LinkedIn presence, executive ghostwriting, localized case studies, webinars, and collateral.
•Run demand gen and marketing ops (paid, email, ABM) in coordination with BDRs/AEs, including attribution, pipeline reporting, and regional budget/vendor management.
