Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales Specialists to support opportunity qualification, technical readiness, and progression through close.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, R&D, and partners to ensure high-quality customer experience and successful adoption outcomes.
  • •Lead customer discovery and establish trusted-advisor relationships that support customers’ digital transformation journeys.
  • •Manage the end-to-end technical evaluation lifecycle, including demonstrations, pilots, RFP submissions, roadmap presentations, and handover.
  • •Support pilot and proof-of-value engagements by defining success criteria, documenting outcomes, and identifying technical/adoption/readiness risks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the AECO industry and/or AECO technology industry in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or implementation).
  • •Good understanding of Autodesk design and construction software, with the ability to articulate value across varying customer maturity levels.
  • •General understanding of SaaS technologies, cloud platforms, and technical pre-sales motions.
  • •Experience leading customer discovery, delivering technical demonstrations, and supporting pilots or proof-of-value engagements.
  • •Experience collaborating with sales teams and partners in hybrid go-to-market models.
