Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end rollout and adoption of AI-powered development tools across engineering teams, integrating Cursor and GitHub Copilot into the SDLC. Partner with engineering managers, define and track AI adoption metrics and productivity impact, and build dashboards correlating AI usage with delivery outcomes. Own program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and project charter, while driving program excellence and risk mitigation through data-driven reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end rollout and adoption of AI-powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) across engineering teams.
•Partner with engineering managers to integrate AI tools into the SDLC and identify where AI can streamline code generation, testing, documentation, and release planning.
•Define, track, and report AI adoption metrics and build dashboards correlating AI usage with delivery metrics such as cycle time, review time, and refactor rate.
•Drive program execution by owning roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans for AI adoption initiatives.
•Build the Project Charter, drive project excellence and continuous improvement, and provide expert risk analysis and recommendations across projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or a related role in a software development environment.
•Demonstrated experience driving adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) across engineering teams.
•Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics and building dashboards to report productivity impact.
•Proficiency with AI tools and program management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalent).
•Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
