Key Requirements

  • •BSEE with 12+ years experience, or MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years (or equivalent).
  • •Hands-on design, simulation, and measurement of high-speed ICs in at least three areas such as serializers/deserializers, converters, voltage regulators, output drivers, PLLs, clock transmission, opamps, PGAs, or equalization.
  • •Experience developing high-speed AMS circuits with mixed-signal design and simulation workflows.
  • •Preferred: experience with high-speed data converters and/or high-speed serdes.
  • •Preferred: experience with FinFET technology and/or high-frequency layout and floorplanning (power/ground and signal routing).
