•Lead efforts for a large block on a complex chip, mentor team members, and track deliverables.
•Participate in peer review of complex IC designs and provide design methodology from conception to production.
•Collaborate with packaging and hardware design teams to ensure signal and power integrity specifications.
•Develop high-speed AMS circuits and next-generation high-accuracy products that push performance boundaries.

Key Requirements

•BSEE with 12+ years of experience, or MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years (or equivalent).
•Design, simulate, and measure high-speed ICs in at least 3 areas (e.g., serial links/serdes, voltage regulators, output drivers, PLLs, clock propagation, opamps, PGAs, equalization).
•Lead efforts for a large block on a complex chip, mentor team members, and track deliverables.
•Provide solid IC design methodology from conception to production and participate in peer review of complex designs.
•Experience in high-speed data converters and/or high-speed serdes; FinFET and high-frequency layout are preferred.
