Job Summary

Support the NExT People & Talent ecosystem by connecting HR strategy to frontline execution across experience/change, operating model/roles, talent enablement, and tools. Conduct organizational assessments, design talent and leadership programs (succession, engagement), and lead change enablement frameworks to drive adoption. Use data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve. Partner with senior leaders, HR, and stakeholders to deliver scalable capability and colleague-experience strategies for branch operations.

•Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments of structures, culture, skills, and processes; design solutions aligned to business strategy.
•Lead and facilitate large-scale change initiatives by developing strategies and frameworks that drive adoption and commitment.
•Design and implement talent management strategies including leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
•Analyze data to measure organizational development program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
•Develop and deliver training programs and partner with senior leadership and HR to align talent strategies to organizational goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 214,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development or talent management with strong organizational effectiveness and change enablement experience.
•Strong understanding of and experience applying change management methodologies, culture transformation, and leadership activation strategy.
•Excellent communication and consulting skills with experience partnering with executive/senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
