Job Summary

Join PowerTech as a Manufacturing Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support the assembly team with organizing materials, preparing parts, and cleaning the work areas. You’ll assist mechanical and electrical assemblers, follow safety rules, and help maintain lean production while collaborating with production and quality teams to meet schedules and quality goals on advanced propulsion technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with the production schedule and goals to support daily manufacturing tasks.
•Implement quality assemblies to help ensure product yield and adherence to standards.
•Comply with AS9100 quality management system requirements.
•Contribute to a safe and lean production process through proper housekeeping and safety practices.
•Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues impacting throughput and quality.

Key Requirements

•Experience in an industrial environment with ability to follow safety rules and work instructions.
•Reliable and willing to learn with a good attitude and ability to work in a team.
•Ability to engage with production schedules and goals to support on-time manufacturing.
•Willingness to support both mechanical and electrical assemblers as needed.
•Understanding of lean production principles and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
