Key Responsibilities

•Partnership Management: Support the development and management of relationships with strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
•Partner Development: Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and help develop strategies to expand Aircall’s presence in Iberia.
•Work closely with the Strategic Partner Manager to support the development and execution of prospecting strategies and action plans.
•Business Development: Support the follow-up of partner-generated leads and help progress pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to support growth initiatives in the market; Assist in the organization of marketing events.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
•Native Spanish and fluent English.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy to grow in Iberia market.
•Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
•Curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Iberia; familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
