Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive, customized People & Organization and organizational change management (OCM) strategies to maximize employee adoption, reduce resistance, and improve utilization and proficiency. Lead change readiness activities including baselining, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness. Apply best-practice OCM methodologies tailored to client needs, while also contributing to internal practice work such as thought leadership and development of tools, templates, and collateral.

•Execute comprehensive People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
•Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency to improve value creation, ROI, and desired client outcomes.
•Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness.
•Apply best-practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.
•Contribute to internal practice efforts such as thought leadership and development of collateral, tools, and templates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent education/training/experience.
•5 years of recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting experience building client relationships as a trusted advisor.
•5 years of experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.
•Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification.
•Strong project management skills (schedule, scope, issue, and risk management) and ability to travel up to 50%.
