Key Responsibilities

  • •Define technical training vision and requirements for new training offerings, including curriculum and scope.
  • •Create technical training courses and learning paths for customer audiences, using appropriate delivery methodologies and prerequisites.
  • •Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and status across multiple course development projects, coordinating SMEs and course developers.
  • •Update training content for new product releases and coordinate beta-teach activities while incorporating feedback.
  • •Deliver technical training and Train-the-Trainer classes, and audit class delivery to ensure consistency and identify improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Formal training in adult education or instructional design in technical knowledge areas.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in instructional design and technical content development.
  • •At least 6 years of experience delivering technical training.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in the computer networking industry.
  • •Proficiency with MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and rapid authoring tools.
