Job Summary

Design, manage, and coordinate development of technical training for customers, F5 employees, and channel partners. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to define training vision, requirements, curricula, and learning paths, and manage project plans and schedules across multiple course development initiatives. Build and update instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and hands-on technical training, including Train-the-Trainer and ongoing delivery auditing to ensure consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Define technical training vision and requirements for new training offerings, including curriculum and scope.
•Create technical training courses and learning paths for customer audiences, using appropriate delivery methodologies and prerequisites.
•Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and status across multiple course development projects, coordinating SMEs and course developers.
•Update training content for new product releases and coordinate beta-teach activities while incorporating feedback.
•Deliver technical training and Train-the-Trainer classes, and audit class delivery to ensure consistency and identify improvements.

Key Requirements

•Formal training in adult education or instructional design in technical knowledge areas.
•At least 8 years of experience in instructional design and technical content development.
•At least 6 years of experience delivering technical training.
•At least 3 years of experience in the computer networking industry.
•Proficiency with MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and rapid authoring tools.
